this is a great flow to work the upper body and get a good stretch for the legs and the front of the body.
remember to breath in deeply..all the way into your lungs/lower back and stomach.
don't hold your breath at all..just keep breathing.
keep your shoulders down away from your ears...pull your shoulder blades down toward the middle of your back.
this is pretty challenging..if you have a hard time with it at first just keep trying..you will get stronger!
