President of the Cyprus Parliament and leader of the AKEL Party Dimitris Christofias speech to the Cyprus Wine Festival 2007. This annual festival which is organised by Greek language Cypriot newspaper "PARIKIAKI" is held at
Alexandra Palace in London's Borough of Haringey. After his speech Nr Christofias presents a special award to outgong President of the National Cypriot Federation, Mr. Haris Sophoclides who has served in that position for over a decade. Participants enjoyed a rich cultural programme, which is featured in other titles on this site.
