Over a million people in Sub-Saharan Africa homeless

Since August of this year floods continue to ravage Sub-Saharan Africa. Eighteen countries have been affected. In Uganda alone there are reportedly three hundred thousand homeless and forty-seven people dead. With the rainy season on its way Michael Nataka of the Ugandan Red Cross says, "There is a potential that this could get out of hand".
