The City's under ground is run by 2 men, a man named Kemmler and his partner in crime Xavier when a mysterious man known only as "Peacemaker" cuts into the underground and kills Kemmler's partner, Kemmler is forced to go to the only man left in the city who can can find and kill "Peacemaker" a man named Archer. But when "Peacemker's" right hand man- a man in a trench coat- goes after Archer then the city's underground may just be brought up to the surface.
