May people have asked me how I'm able to do lighting effects. Well, actually, it's a lot simpler than people think, I just make it look hard. Hope this explains it.
I used a screen shot from Halo 3 because I'm two damned lazy to create a new painting for the tutorial. However, I did give examples on what images this was used in.

This tutorial is best used with Photsohop CS or higher and with a Wacom Tablet. If you have a mouse, you might have trouble with it.
