The Buffalo School District and union representing Teacherâs Aides and Teaching Assistants, which is the second largest union among all District and City of Buffalo unions, have reached an important agreement that gives workers raises and has the union dropping its participation in the wage freeze step litigation and accepting the Districtâs single carrier health insurance program.
