This is the first part of a conversation I had with Greg Grunberg who plays Matt "The Mind Reader" Parkman on the TV show Heroes about Twitter. Twitter can be called a lot of things, but one of the things it is is a great facilitator. It facilitates connections that make real differences in people's lives. My friend Rick "MacMerc" Yeager (@rickmacmerc) likes Heroes and when he noticed that Greg was using Twitter, he offered Greg some tough love to to help him get the most out of his Twittering. Greg and Rick became friends and now they're business partners. They'll be launching an iPhone App soon called Yowza!!
