CD Breaks. This kid isnt the brightest one Ive ever seen. He somehow thinks it is a good idea to put a CD onto a dremel and then drop a pair of scissors on the spinning CD. Brilliant. This video depicts a person using some kind of power drill to shatter a compact disc CD into pieces.
