In the midst of bailouts and restructuring in the auto industry, a new survey is revealing the brands owners are most satisfied with.
For the second year in a row, Cadillac was selected as the top brand in overall vehicle satisfaction in a survey of new buyers. AutoPacific's 2009 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards measure how satisfied owners are with their new car or light truck in comfort, safety and the overall purchase/lease experience. The survey reflected a significant change in consumer buying habits over the last year, like increased research to get the most value for their money.
Rounding out the top five were Lexus, Mercedes, Lincoln and Buick.
