The premier Cycling Road Race, organised by the 1st Chard Wheelers CC, took place over a challenging 71 mile circuit through the Blackdown Hills in Somerset on 17th May 2009. This event was won by Jon Tiernan Locke of the Sports Beans - Wilier team on a wet and windy day.....
