I recently made a video called âEffects of Smoking on your Businessâ focussing on the inefficiency involved, time lost, distraction and the struggle to keep up energy levels. Only 2 days after uploading it a friend who lives locally mentioned that he had watched it, found it interesting, but that he has not noticed that smoking has had any effect on his life.
