I speak with Brian Han from the Black Garlic Company, which produces one of the most interesting products I've come across in a long time. I was lucky enough to get to play with black garlic, which is fermented using a special process, a few months ago at our last "Food Blogger Playdate", which me made a video of. Brian explains the different forms they sell the black garlic in, and introduces me to a new drink they unveiled at the show.
