If you believe you're being sexually harassed, the most important thing to do is to let the person who you believe is sexually harassing you know that the conduct is unwanted. Because someone cannot be held accountable for, um, conduct that they're not aware of that is, um, disapproving to another person. You've got to let them know you don't like it. The second thing is you've got to let the employer know because if you're going to hold them liable for their employee's conduct, say your boss, you've got to let the company know. So you need to go to HR, you need to file a report, you need to put it in writing, and you need to keep a copy of it. [Um] It's difficult in the first instance to know whether you're being sexually harassed but if you feel you are, let the person know you don't like it, let the company know that the person is doing something that you don't like.
