Bowser spies on Rock Krusher who took over Graystone prison and use it as his personal hideout. He then went out and made some ultimatums to Mayor Davis and Commissioner Highwaters and tells them to meet them all by 6:00 pm or else Krusher will used the Neutron Pulverizer to disintegrate City Hall
