This is how it all began starting with Federal agent Baldwin P Vess (Codename: Bulletproof) unsuccessful attempt to send Big Boss behind bars. He got severely injured and was sent to the hospital where he plans to form a team of ellite officers to help him put an end to the Big Boss' criminal days and was given bulletproof armor to help save his life.
