SHANGHAI, China - The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Rush participated in a basketball exhibition against members of the Chinese Border Control Department, China's equivalent to the Coast Guard, at Luwon Stadium in Shanghai, Monday, Nov. 3, 2009.
