The Street Mural on 5th & Crocker in the heart of skid row is about to be restored to its original Splendor. Once upon a time this was one of the worst drug streets in all of America were people lived and died caught up in the unfair world of drugs and homelessness unlike anywhere else in the city. Manuel Benito Compito also known as OG Man local skidrow artist and community activist has initiated the restoration project to bring pride and appreciation for the new face of skid row.
