Muzaffarabad, April 20: Despite strong protests from people of Mirpur in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir,the Mangla Dam was constructed in 1967, for hydro power generation. But more than 40 years later, the royalty for the project has not been paid to the local administration, and no real benefits of the project have reached the local populace so far.
