I was watching the CrossFit Games the other weekend when I saw the final event - the rope climb. It proved challenging to many competitors.
For those that have never tried it, climbing a rope with your hands and feet is a lot more technical than you might think.
In this video I go over several different ways to climb a rope, and how to train for it.
