Alice in Wonderland syndrome (AIWS) is named after the novel written by Lewis Carroll and also known as Todd's syndrome. It is a disorienting neurological condition which affects human perception. Sufferers may experience micropsia, macropsia, or size distortion of other sensory modalities.
