Veteran’s Court is a new legal resource for Military men and women who come home and end up on the wrong side of the law due to their severe and acute injuries on the warfront. Houston District Judge Marc Carter presides over the court that gives injured soldiers a second chance like Sgt. Marty González. González turned his life around because of Veterans’ Court which is in several other states around the country.
