Inspector Patrick Harewood recently revealed that overseas gangs are targeting young men in the BVI, to recruit them as gang members and train them to become killers. Inspector Harewood was speaking at the New Life Baptist Church on the topic of crime, when he described his experience with an overseas gang member after he was arrested by police.
