Grove Bay's "The Harbour" project
will maintain the historic structures and enhance the boat services that exist there today. We urge our friends to reach out to the voters of the City of Miami and have them say yes to economic growth and yes to the
construction of “The Harbour” in the city-wide referendum of November 5th
