Jack died in his sleep on Dec 10 2016. He was 19 YO and loved playing ice hockey. This is a video of the 1st MemorialSkate held in Jack's honour at SkateFrederick MD. Members from all of his previous teams as well as friends attended in celebration of Jack's love for Ice Hockey.
