This movie tells how the Slit Mouth Woman urban legend began. Two sisters live together but the younger sister is self conscious because of an accident when she was younger that left a bad scar on her face. Her older sister saves up some money to get her sister plastic surgery. On the way home after the surgery they have an argument and the younger sister falls down a hillside finds the corpse of the slit mouth woman and slowly becomes possessed by her angry spirit.
