Navicat allows the export of multiple tables into a single file. This feature supports the CSV, text and Excel file formats. In this tutorial, we will show you how to export multiple tables into one text file with the export wizard. To begin, start an export wizard in Navicat and follow the steps. In step 1, you can select the file type of the text file. In the next step, check the tables that you want to export and select the “Export selected to same file” option from the “Select All” button’s dropdown list. Choose the export location and enter the file name in the “Save As” dialog. In step 3, select the table fields to be exported. By default, all the fields in the list are selected. Select the “Append” option in step 4 to append the records in the output file. Then, click the “Start” button in the last step. Messages will follow to display the success or failure of the process. Finally, click the “Save” button to save the export wizard profile and close the window when the process is completed.
