For our Christmas Episode we start with a delicious Herring-Salad with Apples and Walnuts. The main course is rabbit with spaezle and red cabbage spiced with apples and cloves. And for dessert we'll have a special christmas tirami su made with 'Spekulatius'. For this dinner we recommend the Grande Réserve Chiroulet 2004.
