Beatriz, a young psychiatrist, works in a sanatorium that specializes in hypnosis. On her first day, she makes contact with a little girl that has been in shock since her mother was murdered. Suddenly, Beatriz case becomes a nightmare when her first patient is found dead with her veins slashed. When a patient suffering from amnesia warns Beatriz that this was not a suicide, the beautiful psychiatrist is thrown in to a maze from which there is no return and reality and fantasy merge. The only thing that appears to be clear is that Beatriz will be the next to die. She will have to fight to keep her sanity or she will lose her life.
