Carmen Kontur Gronquist, Mayor of Arlington, a city in Gilliam County, Oregon is causing controversy due to posing in a black bra and panties on one of the town fire engines and posting the photos on her MySpace page. The mayor has since blocked her MySpace page to all but friends.
