Aiba goes to visit a family in which the father has gotten a sex change. He talks to the two children and the wife about how they feel about living with a father who takes horomones and acts as a mother. A [T no Arashi] segment is also included, where the guys "get mad" at Sho for not taking pictures inside the places he visited, etc.
