Photographer François Rousseau, who lives between Paris and New York, has taken a leap for his latest photographic project entitled “Ora: a trip to Tahiti” having produced an exhibition and a book. Based on Tahitian legends recounted by Martin Coeroli, CEO of GIE of Perles de Tahiti, the photographs act as a pretext to narrate the story of an encounter with a culture which is so close yet so far, where men become “half gods”.
