Home to thousands of condos and lofts with great views, "the Pearl" is a magnet for those wanting the upscale urban life. You won't find houses in the Pearl, but just about everything else. One bedroom condos typically start in the upper $200s. Two bedroom condos priced near or more than $500,000 are common. And of course, larger properties cost closer to $1 million or more.
