Sunriver, Oregon is an exclusive resort destination and residential community about fifteen miles south of Bend, Oregon, the United States. It is located east of the Deschutes River at the base of the Cascade Mountain Range.
Sunriver includes various residential areas, recreational and sporting facilities, the Sunriver Resort and a retail facility known as Sunriver Village Mall. The Sunriver Village Mall is currently being renovated by new ownership and offers visitors and residents a wide variety of businesses and services including great restaurants, unique retail stores, and vacation rental and property management companies. Sunriverâs permanent population is about 1700 and swells to over 10000 during peak seasons. Sunriver has several vacation property rental agencies that offer numerous privately owned single family homes and condominium units.
