Express belly blast dvd is a nice home lesson that I learned. However, it is fine with all features and had made us to sweat a lot with good lessons. Best suited to stout bellies where the person feels a lot for his slim and sleek body. Good collection that it had for all and wonderful display and nice to feel it.
