After being held captive for 10 days in a Satanic Cult, The McCannons barely make it out alive. They recuperate in a hospital and cant wait to leave Virginia behind. They thought it was over. They thought wrong. A psychotic doctor blames the brothers for the death of his own brother and seeks revenge. After just surviving their latest ordeal, the brothers find themselves in another one, more sinister then the one before.
