Though Brian (Dan Parilis) tried to hide from his wife, Sharon (Christa Kimlicko-Jones), the fact that he was unexpectedly fired from his job just days after the turning of the New Year, she figured it out for herself. For over a week, the two have tip-toed on eggshells of silence, neither broaching the subject.
