Child trafficking was a problem in Haiti long before the devastating earthquake. The problem is now likely to get much worse and with out fhe necessary border controls in place there is an increased risk that children will be taken out of the country. In response, Save the Children has set up a network of Child Friendly Spaces in the displacement camps where children can play safely and where they are properly protected.
