Swedish Finance Minister Anders Borg, walking into the meeting of European finance ministers in Brussels, tells journalists at the crisis mechanism that the EU is preparing to help countries like Greece and Ireland deal with their budget problems, needs to look at actual debt levels, and not at the size of Gross Domestic Product, when determining the country's contribution to the mechanism.
