Summary: This follows the story of young Artha Penn, a stable boy who rides Beaucephalis (nicknamed ‘Beau’), the Black and Gold Dragon of Legend. He becomes the Dragon Booster, a hero to protect the world from the impending Dragon-Human War, and to unite humans and dragons for all time. Synopsis: When Artha is simultaneously required to participate in a street race, speak to the Down City Council leader Phistus, and Dragon City Security Chief, Captain Faier, Lance and Parmon help him out by posing as the Dragon Booster and Artha Penn while Kitt is abducted by Moordryd's crew as a trap for the Dragon Booster.
