The great and the good of the London restaurant scene attend a nerve racking tasting for our new restaurant Ceviche. We haven't got a site yet, we are securing investment but we are also refining our dishes which is why we courageously invited some of London's best known restauranteurs including people running Roka, Zuma, Hawksmoor, Soho House, Le Caprice, Scotts, The Ivy and more to tell us what they thought about our food.
