VeriFone Systems Incorporated - symbol PAY- posted Net revenues of $317 million on its Third Quarter of Fiscal 2011, a 21% year-over-year increase and the fifth straight quarter that net revenues grew more than 20% from the prior year. Sagent Pharmaceuticals Incorporated - symbol SGNT - reported that it has received approval from the US FDA for its Haloperidol Injection, USP. According to 2011 IMS data, the annual U.S. injectable market for haloperidol approximated $12.5 million. Haloperidol is indicated for use in the treatment of schizophrenia and for the control of tics and vocal utterances of Tourette’s disorder. Sagent expects to launch the product early in the fourth quarter.
