In honor of Veterans Day, our family would like to pay tribute to Sgt. E6 Billy R. Kelly, who served in Vietnam during 1967-1968, and for this he earned many medals, one of which is the second to the highest medal you can be awarded, the Silver Star. The Library of Congress sent a representative to interview him. This will be edited, joined with other Silver Star medal awardees, and broadcast on the History Channel in the near future.
