Becky Spencer—College Coach: An Innovative Approach to Post-Secondary Preparation Becky Spencer explains the mission and strategies of the College Coach Program. She addresses the background of why the program is necessary and why and how students and families benefit from post secondary outreach. The Program’s accomplishments as well as “stories” are shared. Ms. Spencer has worked for 31 years developing and leading child and youth development and education programs that support families. Becky has a Bachelor of Science from BGSU. Prior to working as Executive Director for Partners in Education, she was the Vice President of child development at the Central Florida YMCA where she was responsible for early education and after school programs for children of cast members of Walt Disney World.
