CCM News - Hamburg. The new Mercedes-Benz S-Class is out to set new standards in a highly competitive car market. The new flag ship vehicle from the German car maker is equipped with array of technical innovations, especially in the areas of safety and comfort.
The all new innovative suspension, Magic Body Control, is a system that detects changes in the road surface and instantaneously adjusts the suspension to deal with whatever conditions the vehicle comes upon.
Pre-Safe, the Anticipatory Occupant Protection System has also been expanded. It now helps the car to avoid collisions with pedestrians and of course other cars. Simply put, it's the most optimal and complete protection system for all that occupy the road. And announcing another first, Mercedes Benz has replaced every single light bulb in the S-Class with almost 500 LED lights.
The S-Class has always been an icon of style for Mercedes-Benz, and this latest edition is no different. It's sporty, modern and still displays the classic Mercedes look. And the interior is not only elegant, but exceptionally functional.
