HR staffing is a type of outsourcing. Like outsourcing firms, HR staffing involves sending workers where they are needed on a temporary basis. There is no obligation beyond paying for the labor. Sometimes workers are hired on a weekly basis, sometimes a monthly basis. Sometimes workers are called for days at a time. It all depends upon the length of the project.
