On Sept 23, 2013, 2-yr old Lele, (pronounced Lay-Lay) was hit by an ATV while playing in the desert with her Whitewolf Pack. The ATV was traveling far too fast, about 35-40-mph on a desert trail, when she ran toward it to greet the driver as she loved people so much. The impact damaged her spine and internal organs. She died a week later, on Oct 2, 2013, just 2 days before her 1-year anniversary with her adopted family after being rescued from Pinal County Animal Control. She was a mischievous, friendly, loving, young Husky, and she is already missed by all of us. This is a rather long video at 26 minutes, but we had a lot of adventures in the one short year she was with us. So get a beer, or a cup of tea or coffee, pull up a chair and turn off the cell phone, and come with us through 4 seasons with Lele and the Whitewolf Pack. There will be none to replace her, she was unique, as most Sibes are. She will be with us always. Bring tissues! (Revised on first anniversary of fatal incident- 9/23/14)
