The Chief of Defence Staff Colonel Sir Trevor Thomas and Other Ranks of the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force have extended special congratulations to Sub Lieutenant Trevor Travis Pennyfeather. Sub Lieutenant Pennyfeather recently graduated from the prestigious US Coast Guard Academy in Connecticut, USA where he pursued a three-year Bachelors Degree Programme in Management along with his Officers Basic Military Training. Sub Lieutenant Pennyfeather received his certificates from United States President Barrack Obama who was the featured speaker at the Academy’s 2015 Commencement Ceremony. Also in attendance was the Chief of Defence Staff of the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force, Colonel Sir Trevor A. Thomas, KCN.
