This is Marisa Kirsame's "Double Spark" spellcard on Hard difficulty. Side note: "Master Spark" is her signature technique, but on this difficulty level, she fires two at a time, hence "Double Spark" This will probably be replaced with the Lunatic difficulty version, Marisa's "Final Spark" spell card, or with her Last Word when I complete those.
