A “Search Data” icon will appear if the “AutoSearch” option has been enabled. Click the “Search Data” icon and a search window will pop-up for entering search criteria. Finally, click OK to show the result.

For example: data transfer, query builder and schedule. Now, you can see how easy it is to find objects in Navicat.

In step 1, you can select the file type of the text file. In the next step, check the tables that you want to export. Set the same export location and file name for them. In step 3, select the table fields to be exported. By default, all the fields in the list are selected.
