Whose Line Is It Anyway?There's that word again - plagiarism. And, yet again, it's being used in reference to Prime Minister Stephen Harper. This time a blogger matched text from a speech former Ontario premier Mike Harris made in 2002 with a speech Harper made three months later. Conservative spokesman Dan Dugas points out to reporters that only 44 words out of the 4,956 word speech are "similar."
